• Residence address proof - Electricity Bill, Society maintenance bill, Passport, Election Card, Driving Licence (any 3)

• Online payment of Rs.25000/- & Rs.5025/- (Rs 25000 is Security deposit refundable after 3 years)

 Company / Partnership Firm

• Pan card - all Directors / Partners

• MoA & AoA / Partnership deed

• 2 Photographs of any 1 Director / Partner
